We have a new “Ubuntu Member”

On Feb. 19th, 2009, our own Kenny McHenry (kennymc0) went before the Americas Regional Membership Board, and after a short question and answer session, was granted Ubuntu Membership for his outstanding contributions to the Arizona LoCo Team and the Ubuntu Weekly Newsletter. We had a good turnout of team members at the Board meeting to show their support of Kenny and his bid for membership. It was great to see all the support for a fellow team member. With Kenny’s acceptance, that brings the number of Arizona Team members with Ubuntu Membership to 3, and we have others who are working toward qualifying. We congratulate Kenny on his membership, and thank him for all of his outstanding work on behalf of Ubuntu, the Arizona Team, and the Ubuntu Weekly Newsletter. w00t!!
